Currently Reading!

First off, please comment some good book series that you enjoyed and think I will too, as I’m always looking for new series to read!

What am I currently reading? Well, the thing with me is I always am reading more than two books/series at a time. I have tons of unfinished books yet I start a new series every time I find myself at Indigo (Barnes and Noble depending on where you live) which is usually every weekend because I love it there! Anyway, I just finished the Lux series which is a series of five books and it was good! It wasn’t great, but it was good. I will do a review and summary on that series a little later. For now, I will say that the writing isn’t great and the editing is definitely not good. However, the plot is intriguing and captivating!

So, I just finished that series but for right now I’m reading a series called Sweet Evil and I’m on the second book called Sweet Peril out of four books. I’ll probably do a summary and review on the first book and maybe the rest once I finish the series (I have to order them online though) but for right now I will tell you that so far the editing is good but I had never heard of the author until now but I’m giving the series a try! *putting images and authors down below*

Right now I won’t state all of my unfinished books because that would take a while, I will just state the ones that I’m currently reading and lastly that is… The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer! Yes, I did a review on the book because I have ALEADY FINISHED THE SERIES! I love to reread series if they’re really good and the Mara Dyer books are definitely a go-to series for me! It still holds my interest even though I have already read it, it is just a book series that I completely enjoy reading! So, for right now I am only currently reading Sweet Peril and The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer except I might look for another series just because Sweet Peril I still have to order and the MD series I have already read so I want something brand new. I’ll see what I can find!

Lux: Opposition (the fifth and final Lux novel) By: Jennifer L. Armentrout— don’t judge the book by its cover, personally I think they could’ve created a much better one.— 14 UP RATING: 3/5 (only because of the plot, and the editing was atrocious😂)

The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer (the first out of the trilogy) By: Michelle Hodkin— 14 UP RATING: 4.5/5 (I’m bumping up the rating compared to the review/summary I did on this book because I think it deserves somewhere between 4 and 4.5 out of 5)

Sweet Evil (the first of four). By: Wendy Higgins– Again, I don’t love the cover but so far the series is good (I have already finished this one but Sweet Peril hasn’t arrived so I put a picture of Sweet Evil up)! RATING: 3.5/5 (I definitely won’t be reading it again because it doesn’t have a very complicated plot, but it was still relatively likeable.)
